The villa is an ancient stone house of great charm, expertly restored, located in the south of Tuscany, on the hills of Maremma and not far from the Tyrrhenian Sea.

A magical environment, completely immersed in nature, awaits you in an unparalleled panoramic position.

Positioned on the side of a hill, the farmhouse has a terraced garden and a swimming pool with a lawn. There are far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside from the house and garden. You park on a terraced parking area above the house.

To access the front door, you walk down Roman stone stairs to a portico. On the opposite of the house there is another portico enclosed by glass walls. Nearby there is a grassy lawn with an outdoor barbecue and dining area, facing the incredible Tuscan forest view. There are well equipped outdoor living spaces designed to help you enjoy the fresh air. At the front of the house on the east side, there is an outdoor dining area that can be converted into a conservatory, enabling you to enjoy the panoramic views all year round.

The open plan interior of the living room is characterised by stone-walls and a high ceiling with oak beams. There are two living rooms, a dining room, a breakfast room, and a kitchen. There are open fire-places in both the main living room and the dining room.
